This IoD Emerging Leaders event will connect professionals with members of Guernsey’s regulatory and compliance community for an evening of insight and networking.
Committee members from the Guernsey Association of Compliance Officers (GACO) will explore the evolving landscape of compliance and risk through the lens of those leading critical functions across financial services. This event will offer practical insights into how compliance teams operate, engage with regulators, and influence strategic decision-making in complex environments.
The panel discussion will highlight current challenges and future trends in regulatory transformation, governance and risk management – including how firms respond to regulatory scrutiny and prepare for change in their operations. Attendees will hear first-hand accounts of working in compliance, from managing cross-functional teams to leading industry engagement.
