IoD Emerging Leaders

The IoD Emerging Leaders Committee (formerly known as the Next Gen Forum) was established in 2022 to support and develop soon-to-be directors, helping them progress on their journey to board readiness. More information can be found here.

The Committee reports to the central IoD Committee and aligns with the IoD’s vision, reflecting the organisation’s commitment to future-proofing boards and supporting director development.

Committee members have a duty to avoid any conflicts of interest. The Guernsey Branch of the Institute of Directors (IoD) Conflicts of Interest Policy can be found here. This policy sets out guidelines and procedures for identifying, monitoring and managing actual and potential conflicts of interest.
