The Institute of Directors (IoD) Emerging Leaders has announced a number of new appointments to its Committee, bringing experience from energy, fiduciary services, consulting, risk and compliance, and investment management to support the next generation of business leadership in Guernsey.
Joining the Committee are Lauren Blake, Group Head of Sales at Island Energy Group; Olivia Harman, Assistant Manager at Imperium Trust Company; Louis Pike, Manager in BDO’s Management Consulting practice; Jesufemi Ayoola, Head of Risk and Compliance at Stonehage Fleming; and Alexandra Bevis, Investment Manager at Canaccord Wealth.
Mayna Jackson-Gill, Digital Marketing Executive at Indulge Media, will also join in a committee support role, working alongside the Committee as part of a structured development pathway. Over the next 12 months, she will support events and initiatives, contribute to projects, and gain experience of committee work while receiving mentorship and guidance from existing members.
