There are two important public consultations currently underway.
▪ The States of Guernsey Tax Review Sub-committee has published a consultation seeking feedback on a range of corporate tax options under consideration.
▪ The Guernsey Financial Services Commission (GFSC) has launched a Digital Finance Consultation Paper, setting out proposals to support the adoption of digital finance across the Bailiwick’s financial services sectors.
This IOD member survey will help inform our response to the consultations, strengthen our advocacy on behalf of business leaders, and guide our collaborative efforts with key stakeholders.
