Annaliese McGeoch

Annaliese is a Guernsey Advocate and Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales. She is a senior associate at Walkers in the investment funds and corporate team.
Annaliese has been practising Guernsey law for seven years and was called to the Guernsey Bar in 2022. Her practice area focuses primarily on restructuring, private equity, investment funds and regulatory advice. She also regularly advises on general corporate matters, including acquisitions.
Annaliese has previously held company secretary and director positions for a Guernsey not-for-profit organisation. She regularly works on projects through Brightside and the Sutton Trust which champion social mobility and aim to widen participation and uptake for higher education.
