Katy is a Senior Account Manager and AI Lead at Black Vanilla, with expertise in client relationship management and strategic communications. She delivers press office support and PR campaigns that help businesses effectively tell their stories and connect with their audiences, while also providing strategic counsel to key stakeholders to navigate complex communications challenges.

Katy began her career in the press office at Specsavers before moving to London to work in leading PR agencies, where she supported a number of well-known global brands across a diverse range of sectors.

In her role as AI Lead, she drives the responsible implementation and governance of emerging AI technologies, ensuring innovation enhances both team capabilities and client outcomes. This dual focus on communications excellence and technological advancement positions her at the intersection of traditional PR expertise and digital transformation.

She is a Member of both the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) and the Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA).
