Louis Pike

Louis’ career spans audit, private equity, regulatory advisory, and management consulting, reflecting a progressive path through the Channel Islands’ financial services sector. He began his career within a boutique audit firm, gaining early exposure to a broad range of clients and regulated structures, before moving into the fund and private equity sector with a leading global banking institution. He subsequently joined a Big Four professional services firm, where he completed his ACCA qualification and further developed his expertise across regulatory, technology, and advisory engagements.

He is currently a Manager within BDO’s Management Consulting practice, supporting organisations across the Crown Dependencies, UK and internationally in navigating digital transformation, operational change, regulatory challenges and strategic growth. His role involves leading complex client engagements, working closely with executive leadership teams, and delivering practical, technology‑driven solutions in partnership with specialist consulting teams, including C5, BDO’s Sister technology business. Louis is recognised for his ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes, manage multidisciplinary teams, and build trusted client relationships.

Alongside his advisory career, Louis is the Guernsey Lead for TEKEX, the Crown Dependencies’ largest professional network focused on business, entrepreneurship, early stage investment and innovation. In this role, he helps lead TEKEX’s strategic expansion across Guernsey, Jersey, and the Isle of Man, curating high‑impact events and fostering collaboration between founders, investors, policymakers, and industry leaders to strengthen regional innovation ecosystems. In recognition of his entrepreneurial capability, Louis was awarded the Young Entrepreneur Award at the inaugural Véyaon Awards in 2022, presented by the Digital Greenhouse for a business concept which is also still ongoing.
