Olivia Harman

Olivia is an Assistant Manager at Imperium Trust Company, having joined the firm in May 2023 as a Senior Trust Officer before being promoted in April 2025. She manages a diverse and complex portfolio of international private clients, administering trust and company structures that span multiple jurisdictions, asset classes, and regulatory environments.

Before joining Imperium, Olivia spent four years at a major Swiss trust company, administering a wide range of fiduciary structures with a particular focus on clients across the Asia‑Pacific region.

Olivia is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), having completed the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management in 2022 with distinction. During her studies, she achieved the award for Highest Scoring Individual in the STEP Advanced Certificate in Principles of International Taxation, Anti‑Money Laundering and Compliance, reflecting her strong technical capability and interest in her work.

Olivia originally graduated with an honours degree in Biomedicine, giving her a foundation in analytical thinking, scientific methodology, and an early interest in innovation and technology, all of which she applies to her work in the fiduciary sector.

Outside of work, Olivia is an active member of the Guernsey community. She is a qualified spin instructor, delivering regular fitness classes, and enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle both personally and through coaching others.
