Scott Gillen

Scott has been working in the Banking industry for nine years, having joined Barclays Bank in 2014. During this time his career has taken him through various areas of the bank including Retail, Corporate and Private Banking.  

During his career, Scott has worked in London and Dublin before settling in Guernsey, where he has been working as a Fiduciary Relationship Manager in Barclays Private Bank for the last four years. 

Scott is a member of the London Institute of Banking and Finance and is currently studying for his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) accreditation. He primarily works with local Trustees to deliver investment, banking and credit solutions to a complex multinational client base. 

He is passionate about the development of young professionals and is keen to attract, retain and nurture talent in the Guernsey financial services industry. 

Away from the office, Scott is a keen golfer having once represented Hertfordshire County at age 16.
