Tonicha Ward

Tonicha is Marketing Team Manager at Indulge, where she leads the marketing services team and manages client relationships, projects and retainers. She brings nearly a decade of experience running international, multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid, organic and out-of-home channels.

Before joining Indulge, Tonicha spent eight years at Guernsey Finance, the promotional body for Guernsey as an international finance centre. She started there as Digital Marketing Assistant and became Head of Marketing, and in that role she delivered a full rebrand and drove AI adoption across the organisation.

She is a CIM Level 6 qualified Chartered Marketer and holds a Distinction in the CIM Specialist Award in AI Marketing. She also has a Level 4 Certificate in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute.

Outside Indulge, Tonicha runs Niche Marketing, a freelance consultancy offering branding, web and digital strategy support. She also volunteers her marketing expertise to local charities and small businesses, helping them build their digital presence and online communities.
